What this covers

This policy explains what happens to the details you send us through this website. It covers the two inquiry forms on this site: the contact form on the home page and the partnership form on the Partnerships page.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form. The contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and optionally your organization. The partnership form asks for your organization, email address and the purpose of your proposed facility, and optionally a location.

We do not ask for payment details, and we do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

To read your inquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How it is handled

This site is hosted on Netlify, and the forms use Netlify Forms. When you submit an inquiry it is stored in our Netlify account and a copy is emailed to us so we see it promptly. That means Netlify, Inc. processes and stores your submission on our behalf as our hosting provider.

Our email is handled by Google Workspace, so a copy of your inquiry and any reply we send also sits in that mailbox.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. If you would like your inquiry deleted, ask us and we will remove it from both the form store and our mailbox.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will do it. You are also free not to use the forms at all and to email us directly instead.

If we change how inquiries are handled, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
